The Path to Inclusion campaign is a project for the course Communication for Social Change at Johns Hopkins University. It aims to promote workplace inclusion for people with disabilities (PWDs) by addressing biases and barriers in hiring and employment practices. We emphasizes the contributions PWDs bring to organizations, reframes perceptions of disability using positive narratives, and highlights the value of diversity. The campaign focuses on educating hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies through social media, practices include but not limited to workshops, case studies, and resources in order to create disability-inclusive environments. I was in charge of doing academic reesearch (the inclusion section), defining communication objectives, crafting timeline and budget estimate, as well as the evaluation plans.
